Steel Standard Rivet Nut Body Shape
Standard Round Body.

The rivet nut is installed into a round hole. The round body nutsert is available in flat head, countersunk and reduced head forms, in both plain and knurled profile. The back or 'blind side' is shown on setting.


 

 

Hexagonal body.

To provide increased torque to turn resistance, the nutsert is installed into a hex shaped hole. The body can be 'half hex' (as illustrated) or full bodied hex. To special order only.



 

Alternative Configurations

Versanut™ Steel rivet nut with a split tail formation for use in soft materials and high density plastics, and in long grip applications. The split body provides a wide load spreading surface.
