Nutserts provide a reliable system of inserting high quality load bearing threads. They are also referred to as rivet nuts and rivnut. Installation of nutserts / rivet nuts is from one side, and can be used on tube, extrusions and box sections. The nutsert can be used in stamped or drilled holes, providing secure thread installation. See the tooling section for installation tools Manufactured in a wide variety of specifications, rivet nuts have a of available body forms including splined, hexagonal and square, with headstyles of flat, reduced head, countersunk and low profile. The rivet nut body can be open ended or closed ended. Available in Aluminium, Steel and Stainless Steel, in open end and closed end alternatives, the wide range of design features meet most requirements.
